Chester James Carville of Carville, Louisiana was named after the 21st President of the United States and is generally credited with orchestrating one of the most sensational victories in American history, the election of the 42nd President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton, who was himself named after the country's third Commander-in-Chief. Since 1992, Carville has been considered as one of America's leading political intellectuals, commentators, and consultants. He is a professor at LSU, a prolific writer, and is nationally known by his nickname "The Ragin' Cajun," a recurring character played by Bill Hader on Saturday Night Live, and his cameo appearance in the movie "Old School"
